Mixin’ it Up

these paintings are about a year old. they are mixed media paintings that were done for an assignment. the figure drawings themselves were done from life.

Animals, animals, animals…

so i present to you the best of my drawings from 2 semesters of animal anatomical studies. i really messed up on the eagles talons :( but i really liked how the wings turned out.  i would post all the drawings i have but they just get so repetitive after looking at a few, but like i said, these are the best… i hope.

The Satyr

heres some drawings i just did for my creature design class. we were supposed to create an original unique version of a satyr. most versions of these mythical creatures are shown as half-goat half-human beings; like the faun in pans labyrinth or the faun in the lion the witch and the wardrobe. i guess this still wasn’t A quality though because i was supposed to incorporate a lot more goat features, since its mostly just a gorilla with horns. still, the whole process was fun. i did research on the gorilla, got familiar with the anatomy, and went off that.

Daily Hustle

here is a couple samples i finally had the chance to post. a couple friends and i have been working hard getting this whole clothing company under way. here is the first design i did for our first release. its a pretty basic design that was made with the goal of getting people exposed to the full name and logo of the brand. dont know exactly how much more information i could disclose but i will definitely be posting sneak peeks, releases, and design descriptions here (for those interested in my thought process). visit us at www.facebook.com/rawlegendscoImage
